Responsibilities:
Counselling Rural Agriculture practices to the farmers / customers
To generate various avenues of providing solutions to the Farmers other than Tractors sales & service.
Responsible for development of Precision Farming, Trringo and My Agri Guru businesses services which are part of the Farming at a Service (FaaS) vertical.
Support sales & service team to improve customer satisfaction.
Implementing strategy of delivering farm tech prosperity by providing various farm solutions to the farmers
A) Positively impact farmers
B) Expanding the scope of Soil Testing centres
C) Educating Farmers through Samriddhi
Increasing companies Agri Village sustainability.
Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
Identify & develop new growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
Understanding the complexity of the agricultural business, Agri practices and crop agronomy.
Building relations with agricultural universities and other academia to spread knowledge industry
Execution of events like local level farming solution promotion campaigns, launches etc.
Education Qualification and Skill Set
Should be a go getter and driven to ensure closure
Should be self-driven and perseverant
Possess sound agricultural domain knowledge
Should be passionate to work with farmers
Experience 3 – 7 years
