2. Responsible for the Sales and Profitability of the Franchise and Organization.
3. Team Management- Managing a team of 4-5 Area Manager and 30-40 Store Managers.
4. Process deployment, Training and development of the Franchise and the state team.
5. Liason with Local various OEM Dealers for Exchange Tractor Procument.
6. Building a strong Relationship with the local RTA’s/Agents and Leading Used Tractor Financiers.
