To look after all the HR activity of the quarry as an HR professional.
Post Recruitment
a) Reference Check
b) Joint formalities
c) Personnel File Creation etc
Induction Coordination.
Time Office Management,
Daily Biometric Attendance monitoring.
Payroll, Benefit and Compensation management,
Facility management,
Safety Policy implementation,
Labour welfare activities,
Statutory Activities including Statutory Returns- Preparation and submission of online/hard copy returns
Full and final settlement,
Exit Management.
preparing various MIS
Leave Management for employees and contractors.
Training.
Ensuring record keeping as per ISO standard.
Ensuring SA-8000 implementation flawlessly.
Good knowledge in SAP (MM module) is preferable.
Record Keeping
To look after all the Administration of the quarry.
Canteen Management,
Housekeeping management including Ensuring housekeeping maintenance, repairing in the workers camp and transit house. (Monthly cleaning of water tanks, daily cleaning of bathrooms and toilets)
Stationary Control.
Vehicle Management including Drivers expenses checking, Drivers duty allocation, vehicle requisition and employees’ movement, guest and visitors movement management.
Maintaining record of AMC (AC, Cars,
Insurance, Etc) & taking care of Site office.
Vendor Management & Office Administration including Vendors bills checking and verification
Handling complete Facilities and infra structure of office and liaising with contractors and interiors for the same.
Updating Assets List of the company.
Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
Co-ordination and maintenance of systems related to Housekeeping in residential areas.
Organizing official events occasionally.
Guest House & Transit House Management.
Office Pantry Management.
Asset Management.
Bill Management- Local contractors bill checking including salary, PF, absenteeism, leave etc.
SAP Management- (Raising of PR of almost more than 150 items every month) Entering items in Google sheet before PR review committee for approval, Preparation of service entry sheet., Preparation of Invoice approval form, etc
Required Education:
1. PGDBM / MBA in HR or IR
Required Experience:
More than 05 years experience in an MNC.
