Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop the 1-3 year product roadmap for all backend activities including but not limited to Field Force Automation, CRM, Call Centre Automation, Customer driven analytics etc
2. Develop the detailed feature stack for each product with clear prioritisation matrix
3. Program manage the development of the products with the technology team ensuring clear deliverables within timelines
4. Actively participate in the consumer insighting for the products; ensure testing and validation of the products with control groups to ensure high accuracy and adoption of tools
5. Build and deploy a robust feedback system from users for the product enhancements
Requirements
1. Minimum 2-3 years of consumer facing product management experience
2. BE Computer Science / Information technology; MBA in Marketing/Operations will be additional plus
3. Should have spent at least one year as a coder; knowledge of basic languages like Java, Python
etc
