- To implement Manufacturing Strategy by exceeding customer expectations on product, quality, cost and delivery, maximising efficiency, optimising production levels and driving operational excellence.
- To monitor & adhere to the daily / weekly schedule adherence of the products as per the marketing / overseas requirements by reviewing and taking corrective action.
- To monitor and improve the quality parameters of the Implment by timely review and taking corrective actions in the process to ensure & deliver zero defect product to the customer.
- To monitor and reduce the number of repair occurrence by reviewing the field complaints and taking corrective action in the current process / materials to avoid similar problem occurrence in order to improve the reliability & stability of the product.
- Monitor & Control the Fixed & variable cost to ensure effective cost control within budgets by analysing variances and taking corrective action.
- To ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of Price, Quality, Cost and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
- To monitor and reduce the inventory of the parts to ensure effective cash flow by improving / implementing new concepts of SCM like (Kanban, Milk run, 2 Bin system etc).
- Ensure sustainable and harmonious working relationship with Employee Unions to enable stoppage free operations at all manufacturing sites, and achieving the objective of a win-win settlement.
