• Participate as Regional Service Team Members
• Lead execution of retrofit projects
• Execute project management and technical advisor duties
• Support trouble shooting issues
• Work to be performed at customer locations through India, Bangladesh, Srilanka, etc.,
• Timely completion of site/service/inspection reports and other administrative activities
• Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality
• Support business growth initiatives
• Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and reference for future outages
• Prepare job planning documents that define in the scope of outages to be performed through engineering instructions, drawings and process instructions
Desired profile of the candidate
• B.E./B.Tech – Electronics/Instrumentation
• With 2-5 years of experience and should have hands on experience on Mark IV, Mark V,
Mark VI & Mark VIe Control Systems of Gas Turbines
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi
• Position requires extensive travel
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong presentation skills
• Computer familiarity to MS Office
• Customer centric approach/mindset
• Ability to learn other software tool applications to support HMI and other application changes
