Responsible for handling Exports service mean time to repair, Generating spares revenue, Seeding Products in Exports , Analyzing exports critical complaints, Warranty handling, Training on Site to finally drive customer satisfaction index.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing export field team to ensure adherence to achieve target MTTR mean time to repair and customer satisfaction.
Appointing and managing spares distributors , driving service campaigns, customer visit workshops and service campaigns.
Conducting field demos and installation in fields to Exports Service Manager prove product suitability.
Onboarding dealers/distributors for service, stocking spares, and providing dealer service personnel.
Tracking service requests TAT/MTTR and reviewing performance of 7-8 Area Service Managers of exports.
Driving spare parts revenue through ensuring spares supply at critical dealerships.
Seeding of critical projects in new export markets hiring temporary manpower in exports.
Handling warranty for export market and closing all warranty claims within 30 Days.
Must have: experience in Agriculture Machinery Industry (Combine Harvesters, RTP , Balers , Rotavators and All Tractor driven products )
