Job Purpose
The Navision Support Executive will provide day to day support to business units on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Active role in configuring, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV
The objective of the position is to ensure exceptional IT performance standards by maintaining high
standards of service support, ensuring user satisfaction, and comprehending user needs and adapt to support business operations.
The position will work as a key member of a NAV support, providing functional and domain expertise related to the NAV customization analysis and testing, user training, and support around key business processes enabled through the NAV software. Additionally, work with our existing NAV
partner in support of their day-to-day business operations, questions, issues, and resolutions.
Create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge and work in support of all managers and users requiring data for decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing & commercial functions for day to day operations on Navision, having deep process knowledge & expertise.
Test functionalities developed for business requirements, update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
Work with team to create technical specs for new ERP functionality. Understand, communicate,and interpret business processes and requirements.
To Lead, coordinate, manage and offer appropriate support and advice to the support executives of all business units, resolve the queries as and when required by providing assistance on the call
Work with team to create technical specs for new ERP functionality, enhancing application
knowledge to implement new solutions and process automation / re-engineering.
On time deployment of different projects as per the business requirements Ability to do root cause analysis and propose solutions
To work on adhoc projects as per the business requirements such as creating BI framework,
Intranet site, Webform and CRM etc.
