- Conceive drone pilots and plan the related research work
 - Launch the drone spraying pilot, investigate the value proposition and scale up.
 - Enhance drone spraying value proposition by identifying and developing unique drone features, eg: lead drone path planning software, integrate AI solutions for targeted spraying
 - Partner with leading tech players to develop drone capabilities
 - Conceive and launch the drone data capture and analytics projects based on the targeted use cases.
 - Scale up the value proposition across different crops across India
 - Leverage drone ecosystem to develop business models (buy, lease, etc.) for scaling up the solutions
 - Develop and deliver frugalized drone solutions by partnering with internal / external vendors
 - Liaise among precision agriculture group, farmers, technology partners, local support groups etc.
 - Understand all stages of crop growth including nutritional requirements, typical insects, diseases, weeds and its relevance with drone-based solutions
 - Scout the research farms to determine the geolocation of weed, insects, disease and nutrition issues as required
 - Assess the outcomes of drone interventions on the farms
 - Compile and document the field observations periodically
 - Report out the findings and a summary report at end of the pilot
