Functional area and Responsibilities.
- Defining the Content Strategy for farming division including developing thought leadership content through blogs, articles, and videos to build credibility and trust in the brand
- Setting up panel of external agencies (photographers, videographers, local influencers, video editors, translators) with help of local teams & coordination for regular content creation
- Coordinating and collaborating with all businesses/ functions to gather content to be leveraged on social media including success stories, farmer testimonials, demo plot progress, local expert advice, etc
- Contextualizing content to each platform – social media, websites, retail & offline.
- Keeping an eye out for any content collaboration opportunity e.g., social media influencers, or using of any innovative medium of communication
- Constantly keep measuring the impact of content and keep fine tuning the content strategy using data from various tools
Must Have:
1. Strong written communication skills, with established experience in digital and on-ground marketing space
2. Strong ability of working with different forms of media – Audio/ Video/ Pictures/ Text/ Statics
