Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for accounting of entire R&D activity and should be a bridge between R&D and Finance.
Accounting and monitoring of Farm expenses and farm activities located across India in around 100 locations.
Verification and accounting of R&D employees travelling bills and reimbursement of the same.
Maintaining employee imprest accounts and reconciliation of the same time to time.
Responsible for Accounts Payable of R&D related purchases.
Responsible for Vendor payments as per due dates.
Preparation, execution and record keeping of Land leases.
R&D Budget preparation, monthly comparison and review.
Tracking of R&D related inventories like Lab consumables, Fertilizers & Pesticides and Breeding Materials.
Tracking and maintaining of Fixed Assets of R&D.
Monthly visiting of selected farms & labs.
Knowledge of TDS and GST.
Required skills:
R&D or Agricultural related work experience preferred.
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi & English is must.
SAP working knowledge required
Should have sound knowledge in MS-Office especially in MS-Excel
Age should be 32-38
Should have worked in large corporates and handled multiple people.
