Roles and responsibilities:
Conduct training for new hires ( Both Soft Skill and Process Training )
Ensure training throughput is in line with business ask
Conduct Refresher training for outliers.
Develop TNA basis gaps identified on the floor via call listening and regular dip checks
Ensure all updates are disseminated across the entire floor
Manage OJT batches and ensure appropriate hand holding is done
Education and Skills:
B.Sc or M.Sc in Agriculture with specialisation in Agronomy/Plant Pathology
Experience : 2-5 years as trainer in farmer centre or 4-6 years of experience team handling and resolving farmer queries in farmer call centre.
