Summary – This role is required to support the Production Coordinator for all the systems
updations, follow up and coordination for payment related documents, monitoring and ensuring the payments are processed to the growers, coordinators and the vendors in time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Grower payment process of vegetables.
Liable to processes related to Grower payments, Production spends (CAPEX / OPEX).
Liaise with stakeholders like Finance / Production / Procurement to complete the requirements of production teams.
Supervise PR / PO activities related to Non-seed procurement.
Responsible for Month closing data submission to finance teams.
To circulate MIS reports on Weekly / Bi-weekly & Monthly basis to production teams.
Co-ordinate with procurement to fulfill Non-seed requirements of production team Support on timely basis.
Support Production co-ordinator in aspect of grower accounting updations.
SPOC to Finance in aspect of production related financial queries.
Able to access SAP / FIDO / Business Objects / Spot fire / MS-Office (Advance)
Grower payments data need to reviewed on daily basis and inform production teams with summary on frequent basis.
