Multiple Positions 
Must have Helicopter Operations experience
The position is responsible for assisting in flight planning, flight following and slot control
functions while ensuring all operational tasks are achieved and regulatory/company procedures
are adhered. to ensure smooth & efficient flight Dispatch flow with the objective of high-quality
Flight Dispatch service delivery within the limits of Flight Dispatch Manual, Company Operations
Manual, QSMS Manual, FAA/GACA regulations and Company Policies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the preparation of flight briefing documentation and provide the relevant information support.
Monitor aircraft while in-flight and maintain a weather watch within the Flight Dispatch area of operation.
Attend to all incoming calls, radio communications to flight dispatch control area.
Assist in coordination the dispatch tasks among the internal units in a daily operation.
Furnish the pilot-in-command while in pre-flight preparation and in flight with information for the safe conduct of the flight under a supervision of a licensed flight dispatcher.
In the event of an emergency, comply with instructions from the duty flight dispatcher and such procedures as outlined in the OM-A and ERP while avoiding taking any action that would conflict with the approval of the duty flight dispatcher.
Check and revise the various publications which will be used for the flight dispatch purpose.
Check all working equipment, communications and IT system within the workplace in a functional service.
Collect and archive necessary documents and data concerning flights into AIMS.
Revise the relevant flight documents that used within flight dispatch office.
Attend, comply and complete any training that pertains to the department and company.
Position Requirements
FAA/GACA Aircraft Dispatcher Certification
Minimum two (2) years of Flight Operations Experience preferable in Helicopter Flight
Operations.
Fluent in English Language communication
